Our menu is free of gluten, dairy, and refined sugar, except for our Omega Bread.
Yes, many items are prepared in facilities that process wheat, soy, peanuts, dairy, and tree nuts. While we take precautions to prevent cross-contamination, there is still a possibility, especially for those with extreme allergies.

By default, our menu is most similar to a Mediterranean diet.
At Tonic the Method, we've designed our menu to enhance your meals while prioritizing health. It includes one soup and one salad, along with three protein options, three carbohydrate choices, and three delicious sauces, allowing for a balanced plate.
Protein is crucial for many bodily functions, including turning off hunger signals, supporting cellular health, and aiding metabolism. Adequate protein intake is also essential for building muscle, which is important for longevity.
Healthy fats help absorb fat-soluble vitamins and maintain balanced blood sugar and hormones. Ideally, your plate should consist of half greens and fiber, complemented by one serving of carbs and one to two servings of protein, depending on your hunger.

This menu serves as a staple for lunch or dinner more than a couple of times a week. It acts as a clean-up meal after indulgent meals or days, helping to reset your system. Enjoy these meals three to four times a week as a healthy substitute.
While our menu cannot replace high treatments ,exercise, sleep, or water, it offers new ways to recover and remodel your diet to fit the evolving world. Our approach focuses on achieving results without suffering.
